Booking Request Policy

1. What happens when you submit a request?

When you submit a “Request this tour,” “Add to My Trip” inquiry or similar form, your selected journey and travel preferences are sent to WanderTripIdeas for review. A consultant may contact you to discuss dates, travelers, interests, accommodation preferences and other details.

2. Consultant follow-up

A consultant may contact you using the email address or telephone number you provide. Contact does not obligate you to buy a trip, and a submitted request does not guarantee availability.

3. No automatic charge from a request

Completing a website request form does not automatically charge your payment method. Any payment process for a confirmed travel arrangement should be discussed separately and handled only after the relevant booking details and payment requirements have been presented.

4. Availability and proposals

Travel inventory and prices can change. A consultant may provide recommendations or a proposal based on current information, but a proposal does not guarantee that every component will remain available until the applicable confirmation process is complete.

5. When is a trip confirmed?

A trip is not confirmed solely because you submitted a form, received an email or discussed an itinerary. Confirmation occurs only when the required booking process, applicable approvals and any required payment or supplier confirmation have been completed and communicated to you.

6. Accurate information

Please provide accurate contact and travel details. Incorrect traveler names, dates or contact information may delay planning or affect a future booking. You should carefully review any final documents and confirmations before travel.

7. Privacy

Information submitted through a booking request is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Cookie preferences are described in our Cookie Policy.
